A few weeks ago Eric I were in downtown Charleston and saw a King of Pops stand. King of Pops makes local homemade popsicles with delicious fresh ingredients. I tried the sea salt and chocolate one and from the first lick, I was hooked. The sweet and salty combination was delicious.
Then last weekend I was at Crate & Barrel and saw these...
Sea Salt and Chocolate Pudding Pops
1- 3.5oz chocolate pudding
1/2 c cold half and half
1 1/2 c cold milk
1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground sea salt
Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk for about a minute. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 6 hours.
To get the popsicles out of the molds run them under warm water for a few seconds.
Also, if you don't have these fancy molds, you can also use paper cups with popsicle sticks.
Sweet. Salty. Delicious. Perfect for Summer.
